VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. is pleased to announce that on May 15, 2019, it entered into a letter of intent (the “LOI”) whereby a private Company may earn a 100% interest in the Company’s Iron-T Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project through a three stage option (“The Option”) with a Private Company.

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. and Electrochem Technologies & Materials Inc. have both received the second scheduled payment from Ultra Power Systems Pty Ltd (“Ultra”) as specified in the Patent Option Agreement (“POA” “Option”) to purchase an exclusive license for the jurisdiction of Australia signed by all parties November 23, 2018.

Marc brings a wealth of experience and established networks in engineering, construction and integration of energy storage and renewable energy sectors. His aligned vision with VanadiumCorp is to combine the best resources, technologies, expertise and end users to establish the complete value chain required to mass commercialize vanadium based energy storage globally.

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. applauds the Joint Venture Agreement (“JV”) signed with vertically integrated electrochemical processing and energy storage technology company Ultra Power Systems Pty Ltd (“UPS”) and Australian Vanadium Limited (ASX: AVL, “AVL”) to evaluate and develop the Coates Vanadium Project near Perth.
